TROUBLE-FREE PAYMENT OPTIONS

To make insurance premium payments more hassle-free for you, we have set up different payment options that will suit your lifestyle and match what is most convenient for you. The choice is yours.

	Payment thru AXA offices. You can pay your premium at any AXA office nationwide. Our friendly front office staff will gladly assist you.
	Metrobank Electronic Teller (ET). You can pay your premiums using any of the 600 Metrobank ETs nationwide. This is definitely convenience at its finest.
	Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA). Under ADA, you can pay premiums by charging it against your nominated Metrobank account. No need to worry about regular payments because your Metrobank account will automatically do it for you.
	Metrophone banking. Pay your premiums via touch-tone phone. Dial 5-8000 for Metro Manila or 1-800-1-888-5-800 for toll-free provincial queries.
	Pay online thru Metrobank direct. Log on to www.metrobank.com.ph and pay your premiums by accessing Metrobank’s secure website.
	Over the counter payment. Take advantage of the unparalleled banking network of the largest bank in the Philippines. Premium payments are accepted at all Metrobank branches nationwide.
	Automatic Charging. Your new Assure and Saver premiums may now be automatically charged to your Metrobank Credit Card (MCC). Simply fill out the MCC Bills2Pay form and submit together with your new Assure or Saver application form.

	Step-by-step guide for over the counter premium payments:
1.	Obtain the Utility Payment Slip (green copy) and fill-up.
2.	Present the Payment Slip, along with your payment, to the Metrobank teller for processing.
3.	Wait for your payment slip to be validated. This will now serve as your proof of payment.
4.	You should expect your Official Receipt from AXA within 21 days from the date of payment.
5.	If you don’t receive your Official Receipt after 21 days, please call the Customer Care Department at (02) 5815-AXA (292).
