AXA Philippines is segmented into three groups: Commercial Business, Retail Business, and Control and Enabling Function.
Commercial Business develops proposition and ONE AXA distribution capabilities for corporate employee benefit needs and corporate asset protection needs.
The Retail Business is group into two: the Retail Proposition and Retail Distribution.
Retail Proposition focuses on developing, testing, and continuously improving our propositions to the identified retail customer segments across all line of business. They create a unique customer journey for different segments.
Retail Distribution manages the Bancassure, Life Agency, new business channels, sales support, and Distribution Learning and Development for Life business. The group will also enable the Life agents and financial executives to sell general insurance products.
Shared services within the organization provide support to both lines of business. These functions are: Customer Strategy and Experience, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Transformation and Technology.
Customer Strategy and Experience’s mandate is to further strengthen AXA Philippines’ brand awareness and build on our global credibility in the local market through social media, strategic PR, and partnerships. The group is also in charge of building e-Commerce and tele-sales capabilities of the organization.
CSE also leads programs to build customer loyalty and retention through in-force management.
Finance is in charge of ensuring cost efficiency within the organization. With the integration of AXA and Charter Ping An, it is Finance’s role to create and implement a ONE AXA team structure.
Operations continue to work on a ONE AXA service operating model across branch network in the country. The task of the group is to provide a seamless, convenient, and an omni-channel service experience for our stakeholders.
Aside from attracting new talents, Human Resources is in charge of bridging the capability and structure gaps, enhancing employee communication and engagement, and providing development opportunities to our employees.
To embrace the ever evolving world of digitalization, the Transformation and Technology team is responsible in enabling digital opportunities in the organization. The group manages the digital assets of AXA Philippines such as MyAXA mobile app, corporate website, and distributor selling and engagement platforms. They also equip the organization with the needed infrastructure to support digital transformation.
