12 Days of Christmas Trivia Game

1. This social media contest is open to all Facebook users within Metro Manila.

2. The AXA ’12 Days of Christmas Trivia Game’ is an engagement contest where AXA followers can answer the question posted by the company on Social Media for a chance to win prizes.

3. To join, user must do the following:

a. Like the AXA Facebook page (AXA.Philippines).

b. Correctly answer the “12 Days of Christmas Trivia Game” question of the day posted by AXA Philippines on Facebook by commenting on the post.

c. Share the contest post with the hashtag #AXAwhatsyourgameplan and #HolidaysWithAXA. Post must be set to public.

4. The contest begins on December 14, 2018 at 17:00H and ends on December 25, 2018 at 20:00H.

5. Participants who complied with the requirements in item #3 will get a chance to 31`win prizes. Breakdown of the number of winners are stated below:

6. Winners will be drawn randomly from the pool of participants who correctly answered the question.

7. Cut-off of entries for each question will end at 09:00H of the following day.

Submission of an entry or posting of the caption constitutes acceptance of the contest rules and a waiver of any and all claims against AXA related to the contest.

In exchange for the right to join the e-contest, each participant agrees to release and indemnify AXA Philippines, its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action of any nature that may arise out of the participation in the contest.

8. Winners will be announced publicly on the official AXA Philippines Facebook page in the afternoon of the following day (i.e. winners for December 14, 2018 Contest will be announced in the afternoon of December 15, 2018). They will be notified of the details via Facebook Messenger. Winners are solely responsible for all other costs that may be associated with winning the contest.

9. The winners will need to confirm their prize within 48 hours upon notification. Failure to confirm will mean forfeiture of their prize.

10. AXA Philippines reserves the right to reject entries deemed inappropriate as detailed in our Privacy Policy and contest rules.

11. Prizes are transferable, but not exchangeable and/or non-convertible to cash.

12. Any dispute will be subject to the final decision of AXA Philippines.

13. AXA Philippines may change the dates and/or terms of the contest without prior notice. Any material changes will be posted on the official AXA Philippines Facebook page.

14. Subject to applicable laws, AXA Philippines makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning the prize given in connection with this promo.
