You may access AXA's Rescue Line through the Emma by AXA PH app. Download the app on the App Store or Google Play and register (if you have an existing MyAXA account) or create your account. Nominate three (3) emergency contacts to alert via SMS in case of emergency.

Rescue Line lets you access emergency services such as ambulance, fire, police, and roadside assistance. With just a few taps, a dedicated command center will coordinate and send the help you need. It also automatically notifies your emergency contacts of your situation. This feature is available in key cities nationwide.

No, you don't need to purchase an AXA insurance policy. Access to Rescue Line is FREE for everyone.

You can choose the emergency assistance you need. A Rescue Line operator will call you to get relevant details such as your full name, location, contact details, and type of emergency. The operator will then contact first responders to get the estimated time of arrival (ETA) and cost of service if applicable (such as ambulance and roadside assistance).

Ambulance and roadside assistance will be charged with rates depending on the specific service requested (ground or air ambulance; tow truck or other roadside services, etc.) and your location. Fire and police assistance are free of charge.

You may nominate a maximum of three (3) emergency contacts. Note: To avail of the Rescue Line service, ensure that the emergency contact/s field is filled out.

Non-AXA customers can download the Emma by AXA PH app and register to access Rescue Line. Just register using a valid email and nominate a password. Up to three (3) emergency contacts can be provided who will be contacted in case any of the emergency services are availed.

Existing MyAXA users are encouraged to download the Emma by AXA PH app and log in using their MyAXA credentials to automatically view their policy information and access other self-service features. For AXA customers without MyAXA credentials, please make sure to use the same email provided in your policy application for quicker access to your account information.

The online car insurance claims feature in AXA Assist is now available on the Emma by AXA app. Just tap on the Services button to access the motor claims feature and follow the steps below: 1. Take clear photos of the damaged parts of the vehicle and required claims documents (i.e. OR/CR Driver’s license, insurance policy). No need to get a police report. 2. Upload the photos in the Motor Insurance Claim under the Services tab in your Emma by AXA app. 3. Receive update via SMS message and/or email within 48 hours upon submission of documents (except Saturdays and Sundays).
