How can I pay online to purchase AXA Smart Traveller, Motor Car Online and Goal Getter?

Online payment can be done via debit or credit card. Our payment partner is PesoPay. It is a platform that adheres strictly to the highest standards in online payment security to protect its customer's data (taken from PesoPay site)

Do you keep my credit card details?

Your security is important to us. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secured environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete; it is submitted directly to banks. 

What are the payment options for Health Start Lite and CEB Health Protect?

•For your convenience, you can avail of Health Start Lite and CEB Health Protect online. Modal payment options include monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. You may use your Visa or Mastercard credit card to avail. For ease of payment, all monthly, quarterly and semi-annual payments plans will be enrolled under our auto-pay facility. 

•Please note that the credit card you should use must be under your name. If you are not using a credit card under your name, the transaction will be cancelled and will be automatically refunded to the credit card. An AXA representative will contact you within one to two business days to assist with your payment should it be cancelled. You will be asked to provide a proof of relationship, make a one-time payment, and enroll to the recurring payment scheme.

Can I purchase Health Start Lite for someone else? 

Health Start Lite is available for personal purchase only. Should you want to insure a loved one, you may inform them of this plan or you may want to check out Health Start Family which can cover you plus a loved one (spouse, parent, sibling). To get Health
