1. If you have a regular exercise routine at home, post a 30-second video of you doing your routine on Facebook or Instagram. Make sure that your account is set to public mode.
2. Create a short caption describing why you decide to exercise regularly and use the #HealthStartLiteGoals.
3. Have your friends react on your post for the top 3 posts with the most number of reactions will get a free set of workout equipment. *
4. Promo runs from November 5 to November 28, 2020.
