Emma by AXA PH is the all-in-one digital tool of AXA Philippines that is the dedicated health and financial wellness partner of its customers. It recently unveiled new features to further cater to the needs of AXA health and insurance with investment policyholders, to help them enjoy an even easier and more convenient insurance experience online.
With the latest updates, health policyholders, such as those with Global Health Access and Health Care Access plans, can now access features that make AXA’s health services more convenient. Insurance with investment policyholders can also make use of the new features manage their funds with ease.
Through Emma by AXA PH, health policyholders can request for a Letter of Guarantee and access MedNetwork, an online database of doctors and medical institutions accredited by AXA Philippines. Global Health Access policyholders can also file for their Claims for Over-the-Counter Vitamins directly on the platform.
Insurance with investment policyholders can access and manage their investment through the new Fund Allocation feature, which allows them to adjust the amount allocated to the funds in their portfolio. The Fund Switch feature also helps customers transfer their money from one fund to another while the Fund Top-Up aids customers to add more funds to their investments.
