WHAT THE SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT
The basic service provided is consultation with medical professionals at any time of the day, wherever you may be. This allows you to consult about primary care concerns or non-critical cases, which eliminates the need to visit hospitals or clinics.
Beyond consultation, doctors may send their prescription and health plan via email. After which, MyPocketDoctor may assist in arranging for medicine pick up.

If you have a Global Health Access policy, Health Max policy, and/or Health Max rider
CONSULTATION JOURNEY
To register, your e-mail address and mobile number are required. After which, a nurse shall call you within 15 minutes to complete your registration and may immediately assist you in making a consultation.
Nurse would then endorse you to a General Practitioner or specialist, as needed. Please expect the doctor’s call within 15 minutes for licensed General Practitioner or upon agreed appointment schedule with a licensed specialist.

Licensed General Practitioners are available to call you regarding your concern. However, if needed, specialists are also available for consultation on the following:
