AXA PHILIPPINES EMMA DAY PROMO

OFFICIAL RULES

1.       PROMOTION PERIOD: April 22, 2022 from 12:01am to 11:59pm

2.       ELIGIBILITY:

This promotion is open to all AXA Philippines Life and General Insurance policyholders. Employees of AXA Philippines, Charter Ping An Insurance Corporation and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealerships, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, licensees, sponsors, and advertising/promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns and their immediate families (parents, spouses, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. This promo shall be void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The information you provide as detailed below shall only be used for promotion purposes.

3.       HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To join, download and register to the Emma by AXA PH app and web from 12:01am to 11:59pm of April 22, 2022. Promo is open to all in-force or active life and general insurance policyholders. Each registration shall be rewarded with one (1) GrabFood voucher worth PHP 200 only.  Duplicate or multiple registration shall only be rewarded once.  

4.       Multiple registrations, regardless of the channel, through Emma by AXA PH web or app, shall only be counted as one (1). Multiple executions of each activity shall not result to additional GrabFood vouchers.

5.       The GrabFood voucher worth PHP 200 shall be given by AXA Philippines within 24 to 48 hours upon successful registration to Emma by AXA PH app or web on April 22, 2022.

6.       Rewarding will be done electronically via BizTreats. See extraction and seeding schedule below. GrabFood vouchers will be sent to the valid registered mobile or email address of the customer.

7.       All rewards are transferrable but not exchangeable nor convertible to cash, cash advance, or any kind.

8.       Selling of the rewards through different channels such as but not limited to digital marketplaces, online and social media channels and groups, offline channels is prohibited. If found guilty or in violation, AXA Philippines reserves the right to forfeit the reward.

9.       Publicity.  Right of Publicity Release:  By participating, participants in this promotion agree to be bound by these rules, terms and conditions and mechanics of the promotion, and agree that AXA Philippines may use the participant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.

10.   AXA Philippines may change the dates and/or terms of the contest without prior notice.

11.   Governing Law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant and/or entrant, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Philippines.

13.   List of Winners. Please request names of winners by emailing us at customer.service@axa.com.ph no later than May 31, 2022.

14.   Any dispute will be subject to the final decision of AXA Philippines.

15.   Limitation of Liability: AXA Philippines and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this promotion.
