1)      What is the Use and Grab Emma by AXA PH promo?
The first 300 AXA life insurance customers registered1 to Emma by AXA PH can get a P300 GrabFood voucher just by using the app or web version for any of the following transactions:
a.       Change payment method from cash to auto-pay – credit card or auto-debit
b.       Pay premiums on Emma (applicable to first-time payors via Emma by AXA only)
c.       Request for regular fund top-up or lump sum top-up

2)      Who are qualified to join?
All life insurance customers who are registered1 to Emma by AXA with a valid mobile number.

3)      How can I join?
Simply do any of the following transactions on Emma by AXA PH app or web within the promo period, June 1 to 30, 2022:
a.       Change payment method from cash to auto-pay – credit card or auto-debit
b.       Pay premiums on Emma by AXA app or web for the first time
c.       Request for regular fund top-up or lump sum top-up

Please note that this is applicable only to the first 300 AXA life insurance customers who will successfully transact via Emma by AXA.

4)      Will I get multiple GrabFood vouchers (worth P300 each) if I do any of the transactions above for all my AXA policies
You can only get a maximum of (1) GrabFood voucher worth P300 regardless of number of transactions.

5)      I enrolled my credit/debit card in auto-pay on June 30. However, I received the confirmation after the promo period.
Can I still qualify for the promo?
Yes, you still qualify for the promo provided you enrolled within the promo period.

6)      What if my enrollment was unsuccessful?
Only successful transactions will qualify for the rewards.

7)      How do I get my GrabFood voucher?
The voucher will be sent to your registered valid mobile number via SMS. The voucher shall be sent within 7-10 days from your completed and successful transaction.

8)      How do I redeem GrabFood promo code?
a.       Open your Grab app and tap on the “FOOD” tile.
b.       Confirm your Drop Off Point.
c.       Search for the restaurant you want, select the food you desire to eat, then tap on “Add to Basket”.
d.       Tap on “View Basket” and look for the “Offer” tab.
e.       Key in the promo code sent to you via SMS in the “Enter Promo Code” Bar.
f.        The promo code will appear and tap on “Use Now” to apply the promo.
g.       Select your desired payment method and tap “Place Order”.

9)      Can I give my promo code to someone else?
Yes. You can share the promo code by forwarding the voucher sent to your mobile number to your desired recipient.

10)   Who will get the reward?

This promotion is open to all AXA Philippines Life Insurance policyholders registered1 to Emma by AXA PH app or web with a valid mobile number. The reward will be given to the first 300 customers who will do any of the valid transactions within the promo period or while supplies last.

1Ensure that the email address registered to Emma is the same email address the customer used during their insurance application.
